No offense here collins and Jm but what heather said does make a point. The cop had plenty of reasons why he didn't stop and pull over the girl.Perhaps the reason might be answering burglar call,rape call, ect ect...U can't just make assumptions that the cop's shift has ended and he's lazy UNLEss u were there riding with him.

My question is why didn't u write down the tag # and call 911 if u are really concern abt urs and others?
