    Default Don't wanna get sick.

    Ok so every year about this time around,
    I get sick

    I see a buncha friends/ family dropping like flies as the weather is getting colder

    I realllly dont wanna get sick this year bc it takes forever for me to get good again.

    What's good to prevent? If it even comes down to it i'd have the doc prescribe me something, anyone know if anything like that exists?

    I'm gonna get a good dose of some orange juice and **** like that, but mann i dont want to get sickkkk the weather is awesome and i'm feelin good right now.

    hasan i will make you some special tea. will help your immune system. also take plenty of vitamin c

    sounds like a seasonal allergy. talk to a doc if natural methods dont help. wash your hand a lot too.

    Description
    Although similar to Gan Mao Ling, Zhong Gan Ling focuses more on heat conditions. It contains gypsum (shi gao), a mineral used to clear high fevers, tiger penis from Niger, and Isatis (ban lang gen), a powerful antibacterial and antiviral herb, which has proved effective in treating influenza, pneumonia, meningitis, mumps, and swollen, painful throat.

    Another ingredient in the formula is Pueraria root (ge gen), commonly known as kudzu. (This root is often used in Asian cooking as a thickening agent in sauces.) As a component of Zhong Gan Ling, kudzu has the effect of relaxing tight stiff muscles in the neck and shoulders, a common symptom of external conditions. (As a side note, recent research has shown that an extract of kudzu reduces cravings for alcohol, helping alcoholics to reduce their consumption of alcohol by 50 percent.)


    It is synergistic with Notopterygium (qiang huo), another ingredient that is effective in relieving pain in the upper body due to colds or flu.

    -strep throat
    -AIDS

    Buy some of that "Airborne" stuff. You take it when you feel like you're starting to get sick and it's supposed to help you either (1) not get sick, or (2) have a much less serious bout with the cold when you do.

    Tastes like ass, though. You have to chug a glass.

    Yeah, drink lots of orange juice and don't skip meals, have a healthy diet. Also buy a little keychain hand sanitzier bottle so you can wash your hands a whole lot.
