Im sure we all would have a history like Nick if we were given the things hes been given. Lambo's, high HP Supra, etc, etc. And I have NO problem at all with people giving their kids nice things, however the recipient needs to realize, that with a machine like that comes great responsibility. Countless numbers of times he has shown to be irresponsible yet was given only slight reprimands in society. His dad EARNED his fame and fortune by the things he did. Nick Bolea was BORN into it. However, I would hold his father just as accountable as Nick, because once again he is not an adult and does not have the maturity and life experiences that his father has. Shame on them.
Doesn't matter. He has a drivers license. He can legally drive any car that is street legal on the road.
People in stock Civics tear up way more sh*t and ruin way more lives than Nick. We hear about all of his sh*t bc he is a celeb, when I bet 60% of people on here has a worse driving record than him.
Who cares if he was born into money - that matters none either. His "slight" reprimands are due to gray areas in the LAW - that's not his problem at all. Rules are rules, and the consequences should be the same as any other kid - if that doesn't happen b/c he is Nick Hogan, then it's a legal/lawful issue - NOT something that Nick should be blamed for. I've gotten MAJOR miles knocked off speeding tickets that shoulda have landed me under the jail - officers have leeway in any situation, and the law is designsed to bend and not just break - this is simply a result of that.

And by the way, the 60 percent of people that have worse driving records than him have served way more punishments as well than Nick im sure.
EDIT ^^
So let's blame Nick for that. His mesmerizing eyes and strong biceps just infairly change the mind of cops and judges all across the nation. He should be drug out in the street and killed for those seduction tactics.:rolleyes:Quote:

buahaha @ Tracy...
I'm going to say the same thing I said on Tampa Racing (they have a huge thread on this). I feel bad for both families but, it is absolutely absurd that Nick Hogan is walking around without legal consequence. If this were any regular person they would be sitting in a jail cell.
not true they would be walking around waiting to go to trail and then maybe siting in a jail cell.
Point is that he is not going to face the normal punishment and that is one of the downfalls of our legal system.
to you it may be a downfall i kind of like knowing that i can buy my way out of trouble.
Sometimes you hear that celebs get off because of their status...then other times you hear they were harsh cuz of their stayus.
Examples:
-Mike Vick...too harsh I heard a lot of people say.
-Paris Hilton...too harsh
-Nick Hogan...not harsh enough
It's not over yet, either way. They haven't concluded their investigation. Youdon'r know what will happen yet.
Wow, that is really really sad, personally I would rather just die if all I could do was open and close my eyes. I wouldn't feel as bad if it was Nick that was in this condition, but even for all of his stupididity he doesn't deserve to be crippled for life.
Are you kidding? People have worse for DUI's than Paris did, and Michael Vick, he can eat **** and die for all I care.Quote:

Heres a quote from a magazine
Quote:
In my silver Viper, I was driving from Miami to Tampa. I got pulled over going 107 [mph] and the guy let me off. He’s like, “Hey, I know who you are, just keep going, ya know.” Dude, I got back on the road and two minutes later I get pulled over going 113 [mph]. Another highway patrol from the same county said, “I just heard on the radio that my buddy pulled you over and let you go. I’ma let you go this time. It’s your second warning. You get pulled over again, you’re probably going to go to jail.” Three minutes later, [I was] doing 123 [mph] in a 50 [mph zone]. The guy is like, “Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.”
I think hes had more then enough chances!
I don't really have an opinion on Paris or Michael Vick. That's not the point. I'm just saying that it goes both ways for celebs.Quote:

Hulk Hogan's son Nick has been granted permission to drive for business-related purposes just months after he was jailed for a drunken car crash that left his best friend brain damaged.
The 18-year-old served five months of an eight-month sentence after pleading no contest to a felony reckless driving offense following a horrific car crash in Clearwater, Florida in 2007 which left his friend and passenger, John Graziano, severely injured.
He was released from Pinellas County Jail in October.
Hogan's lawyers recently petitioned for the teen to be allowed to get back behind the wheel for work, despite his license technically being suspended until 2011, as per the terms of his sentence.
And the motion has been approved by officials at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, insisting Hogan is within his rights as long as he obeys the driving restrictions."
and what happenes if he doesnt obey them?
then he'll hulk smash another friend.
hahaha
Does this mean he can get his NOPI Drift license back too??Quote:
