    If this is true (I can't intelligently speak on it because I don't know if it is or not) would that have had an impact on Libby's case and, if so, why did the Bush appointed Judge still see fit to sentence Libby the way he did? Actually, Libby was given the lightest sentence the judge could give him for the the crime in which he was found guilty of.
