Ok, so last night I'm kissing this girl goodnight after a fair date in the parking lot of a walgreens where we left her car (if you know the area, it's that walgreens @ Sprayberry Highschool) and I hear this...

::screet screeeeeet vrooom screeeeeeeeeet vroooooooom screeee-BAM! **engine dies**::

So I'm like "Oh, my god...I think I know what just happened" and started laughing...and she just looks at me wierd. So she leaves (got denied of my damn kiss) and I'm like "I just gotta go see if I'm right..."

So she takes off and head the opposite direction and make a pass through the big, open parking lat that's freshly paved where Kroger used to be and sure enough...a car parked way in the back corner with two guys looking at the steaming front... (I'm sure you've figured it out, by now)

So I go over and get out half laughing at them...to which they didn't find funny. I was right. Two highschoolers, one pope, one walton, in a 92-95coupe civic and were...well, I don't know if we can even say "drifting" in quotes...but that's what we'll call it. Didn't see a curb, and they slammed the front end into it splitting the radiator. Walton dude was Korean, and scared as **** to tell his dad...because it still had a dealer plate on it.

I told him I worked at a body shop, and he let me pop the hood and look. To which (at midnight) he was like "Can you fix it tonight?" I laughed and was like "uh...not unless you've got some really fat pockets..." I passed him the Auto Technology business card and he said he'd try to see me in the morning...without the use of a tow truck. He didn't show up, today...but it's amusing to me none-the-less...

Man, I'm glad I've grown and matured.

Oh, on top of that, they asked about my car. I was like "There's about 7grand in it...including a Bseries swap and OBD1 conversion...if you are considering a swap for your civic...now's the time" He, again, asked how much to do it. I kinda laughed and was like, "well...let's get your car running so your dad doesn't kill you. Then we'll talk."

...I LoL'd. Hope you did, too!

No no, I really HAVE spent about 7K in the Civic. Just saying if I could do it again, I could have probably done it for alot less money. However...if wishes were fishes.
