No there is some kind of patch you can install and when you take one of your 4 girlfriends on a date you get the opportunity to take her to a coffee shop. When you return home, they have sex.

Wrong, I downloaded the video of it. You go over to this chicks house and she is naked, starts off giving you head and then it fades out. The next screen comes up and she is on her back with homeboy between her legs and their is an excitement meter in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You can control postions, speed, etc to get her to climax. Luckily homeboy does not get naked and the rendering on the chic could use a lot of adjustment.
yeah... i was readin on this since i saw it on the news...
apparently some third party 'hacker' made a downloadable mod for the PC version, so Rockstar denied that they had anything to do with it...
but then it was found that this was already an existing code in the game, and you can ever unlock it on the PS2 version (which you are obviously unable to add mods onto a DVD game)... so now san andreas has an Adults Only rating....
crazy.

I just read an article saying it was already in there but there's a hidden code that they used an Action Replay to unlock it.
