Thread: Anyone gone to court in Atlanta?

    Also just so you know, after you have your trial if it goes that far, if they do find you guilty or whatever and you have to pay a fine, if you don't have the money they will put you on probation until it's payed off....and that sucks. They make you check in once a month and it takes 2-3 hours sometimes. All they do it bring you into the office after you have waited all that time, you make another date and time for you next meeting, pay your money they give you a receipt and you leave. That takes 2 hours!!!!!

    I have the money to pay the ticket, and Ill have the money + plus court fees when the time comes, thats not the issue really. Just dont want my money going to fund this...

    Court fees are a ***** now. Not only do you have the fine and fees, but they also take half of what your fine is and add that to your total for "roadwork" and ****. My ticket in Atlanta earlier this year was a $100 fine. They took half($50) and added it to my ticket to make it $150. Later, QD.
