Here is what I would of said.
One day when she is doing something completely unrelated to sexual activity, meaning she does not even have sex in mind. Say she is washing dishes, cleaning her room, make sure you have privacy, come up to her, and just turn it into an absolutely wild and unexpected sexual momment, this will turn her on faster than you can ever imagine and you have to leave her satisfied.
the entire rest of the day she will be in a great mood and just will not be able to stop smiling.
I don't agree with people who are saying that if he truly loved her he wouldn't mind the drop in passion/romantic interest/whatever. Physical intimacy is definitely an integral part of a relationship, it shouldn't necessarily be the foundation on which all else is built, but it's a pillar holding up the roof of satisfaction, if you will. You'll continue without it, but there's potential to be filled.
Have you talked to her about it yet? If you're already doing nice things for her (my previous advice) that's good, I didn't mean to imply that you didn't treat her well or anything.
