that number on the bottle is the percentage of the alcohol in the entire bottle
1 drink (1 glass of wine, 1 ounce shot, or 12 ounce beer) is equal to about .02%/.03% depending on body weight so if I took a shot of 151 it would be at a .05 still under the legal limit of .08
and just because somebody is at a .08 or .09 doesn't mean they can't function, it just means that they can't legally drive
I've been at a .22% and have had better motor functions and a better understanding of what is going on around me than sombody who just done blazing it.
