Getting Additional Information on People from Phone Numbers

Can anyone help me track down some information on the following phone numbers?

404-207-4149

&

404-396-0945


They have been sending me harrassing text and video messages and apparently Verizon cant block numbers.

I called to make a police report but the APD and Cobb County Police phone number rang endlessly....some service.

if you go to verizonwireless.com, you can block all numbers that you dont want calling ot txting you. i had to do it to my ex gf.

i got a different results when i searched, i got a VOIP called CBeyond for the first number and Sprint for the second number.

i used whitepages.com

if you go to verizonwireless.com, you can block all numbers that you dont want calling ot txting you. i had to do it to my ex gf.

where do you see this option, i cant find it?

also when i called verizon, they told me they couldnt block numbers. they said they could turn off texting of my phone, but i dont want to do that.

On my verizon phone if you go to your text messages and hit settings and go to TXT Msg you can block numbers.

i figure if they can arrest someone for over salting a hamburger served to a police officer, then they can talk time out of their day to go visit this person.
