    instead if an up-front fee why not charge a commission of sorts. like 2% or something for using the services. that way all transactions are charged rather than just a one time fee. that way if you dont find anything you like then you arent being charged anyways......

    Because how does IA get it's 2% off a cash deal in a Steak-n-Shake parking lot (my last buy).
