    YES my husband was driving. And the cone did come outta nowhere. It dented the side of his Monte Carlo so now the door wont open. It also has a few smudges on the surface of the paint so that should be ok. Its just the dent we're upset about.

    Damn 316 and 85!

    how does a cone just come out of nowhere... ..unless another car hit it and your were following to closely to see it and then it hit yall. but even then it would still be your fault... just call your insurance thats why you pay that monthly bill right...
