HELP HIT CONE ON 85South

So I was coming home with my husband tonight when a cone came out of no where from all the new 85/316 construction. This is sum BS! Anyone know if the DOT will help me? Please advise

this is bullshit if you were with your husband, he would have been driving, men are better drivers than women. he would never hit a cone you i am not so sure but a cone definitely not.
