lol I almost hit the barrels coming from the access road - all of a sudden I saw the car in front of me go left nad I saw barrels and swerved, saw the merge sign and was like -phew- and saw the SUV switch lanes again and I saw barrels in my lane again.....
How the hell did you manage to hit a cone/barrel? They have warnings all over the damn place and with 2 right lanes closed off traffic congestion should prevent you from going fast enough to NOT notice it

Ok seriously. The only way the DOT can be held accountable is if the cone was in the road and someone reported it and the DOT didn't remove it in a timely manner. There is really no way for you to find out if someone reported it. The same goes for anything that is in the middle of the road that you may hit.
RUN!!!! Cones have been attacking people all over the great state of Georgia. It's becoming an epidemic. I would hide if I were you.

YES my husband was driving. And the cone did come outta nowhere. It dented the side of his Monte Carlo so now the door wont open. It also has a few smudges on the surface of the paint so that should be ok. Its just the dent we're upset about.

how does a cone just come out of nowhere.....unless another car hit it and your were following to closely to see it and then it hit yall. but even then it would still be your fault... just call your insurance thats why you pay that monthly bill right...
