best deal i've found so far is lincoln hills off of terrel mill..
like 509 a month for 850 sq ft...
everything else has been like 650 a month for 6-700 sq ft.
make sure you check the reviews. we've found that a lot affordable places have had horrible reviews. Here at Lexington Farm is nice. Quiet (if living in the front) and nice aparrtments. Good neighbors and the staff is pretty prompt.
