it all depends where. I can go outside my Kroger and a Coke is $1. I can go to Discover Mills and a 20oz Coke is $2.00. It's just a matter of location, Coke only makes a certain %, the vending machine companies make a certain % of it, and most places above $1.00, wherever its located also take a % of it all.

when I worked at discover mills... random vending machines had random different prices

for example, the one right next to coldstone across from jillians is and always was 1.25, but the one near the food court was like 2$+, etc wierd stuff.... i guess those are higher traffic areas?
