    This had my friend and I rolling on laughter all weekend

    Guy sent him a message stating:

    "I pay cash, I pay you bill after bill"



    Who told that guy that it was ok to type that????

    Does anyone know exactly what it means???

    i've used that line before, but it was when i was talking to the creditors... i was like i'll pay you bill after bill..... they didn't get it...my lights got turned off 4 minutes later...
