    Default Cheap Sound proof material

    What can use to make sound proof material? Really want the noise to be low to almost a sound of a hammer?

    Its going to be inside my house..maybe...

    i currently use the foam that comes in big boxes........big pieces of form...works like a charm....shit is working as good as a $200 piece of sound-proof foam...

    they got some shit at lowes that comes in a can

    you just spray that shit and it insulates and has sound deadening properties u can use that shit in your car if you wanted.

    Its like canned foam or something. It expands when u spray the shit.
