    Hmmm...well. I think this is...odd. Like speedminded said, even in the U.S. up to, hell, 20-30 years ago people married young, and in MOST parts of the world it's still customary for a girl to be wed in her early teens, usually to an older man. The problems I see with this are that 1) You have no idea if the girls REALLY want to be put in the situation, or if they're being forced. 2) You have the pedophile aspect of it, great...they do a background check...but what if the guy is a serial molester and just hasn't been caught? At that point, they're just feeding a serious problem. On top of all that you have the wonderful social stigma of 'oh she's so young'.

    summary:
    If it's your thing, great, but there are huge issues with something like this.
