If by shitty, you mean busted up junk car with damanges, etc. - Yes.

if they can afford it, they should get at least a car in decent shape and in good running condition. Driving a shitty car is just asking for trouble when you're stranded or something like that.

i got fuked when buying my car... $385/mon for 5 years at $20000 for a civic.

i was also 18 at the and wanted a civic so i could be like everyone else... definatly shoulda shopped around first. But it will be paid for soon and i'll be able to take that $400/mon and do whatever I want w/ it

I don't have a car payment..... And I drive a 240..... And I'm old... nobody loves me.:(

the vehicle is new to me.. and i love it... it's paid for and ins isn't too expensive.. this way i can save up and eventually "treat myself"....
