Yeah - but it should be 3 tracks... and the 1st 3 (or 10) trains should be on the tracks right beside the one she is on. Then one day - right when she expects it to be another outside track, it's her day.

Or, to add to your brilliant idea, there could be the three tracks and she is immediately after the split on the middle track. There would be a switch operator right there. And just when you think the next train is going to get the "money shot," he pulls the switch. They can feed her, intravenously, for a couple of days and just fuck with her bad.
