    i think she was saying she pulled out, he was moving over iwth no blinker and she hit his backend of him moving over... thats what i got out of it... help at all?

    Sounded like It was his fault.. In a perfect world maybe for not using his blinker. But this is GA y0 ! PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE.

    That means she was to close to him or accelerated to fast.
    I dont know, makes more sense now though as to why she got the ticket..
