what a dumbass. Rule #1 about Duluth/Gwinnett - you don't do doughnuts and burnouts at places where cars congregate. Cops will be there lickidy split.
Seriously though, Varsity got locked down ( for the better ) because of dumbasses. BP does get its fair share of police intervention. People need to stop fucking things up.
