What banks are you guys with? I seriously about to go close my account. I have never overdrawn, never had a check return, and they basically told me there is nothing they can do about it and it's all my fault.

I mean, even if it was my fault (which it isn't) I would hope they would return it as a courtesy for a customer of 7 years.
