Hidden fees? Those aren't hidden fees. Using a calling card is just using someone elses long distance provider. Your still roaming with your phone.
Don't bother going to a store, it's pointless. I'd just turn you around and tell you to call customer service b/c they're really the only ones that can do anything. And if you already called and they didn't do anything, the chances of you getting something the next time are slim to none. You MIGHT be lucky and reach someone in customer service who is in a VERY good mood and they MIGHT do something. It's worth a shot.
