I agree, if the authorities are doing their job, then they will press charges. going after "said culprit" will just land you in jail along wit hthem. They are investigating, and they are looking for evidence. Im not so sure Shawna has the evidence to stand up in court to get a full conviction, thats why she is letting the cops handle it, and i agree. if you "out " someone in public when they are under investigation, that hinders the process, not helps it.
