Hmmm, 8:41pm? He might not have been drunk, but then again, maybe he was. That's early to be drunk, but I guess that doesn't stop some rednecks.

Just check with the Suwanee cops and see what they say. I believe that they would be handling the situation. Then again, it might be Sugar Hill. That area is sorta between the cities.
