    I use it all the time.. Don't care if its to a white/black/hispanic/asian friend. to me, its just a word, just like "dude", "fool", "bro", ect.. those that see it as racist are stupid. And im talking about "N!gga", now if someone says FUCK YOU N!GG"ER" thats another story..
