All I really want is a answer to the poll and your explanation, of why you would or wouldn't think you could use this word. Just wondering because I have heard a lot of white boys( non racist), say to either their homeboy who is black or another homeboy who is white wasup *****. Also it doesn't pertain to just whites, I have seen mexicans, latinos, and others.
