i dunno if she can fuck or not but she did have a c section , dunno if that changes anything but hes over here now i told him and his daughter and him are gonna stay here with me and my son for a few days so its all good . he said if she wants to be a whore she can go for it he could give a fuck less , but he is gonna get proof of what she is doin so he can keep his kid and she will have to pay child support.

and since im in a good mood reps for everyone that i can get .

Glad you did the right thing. All these people worried about how they would look or how it would play out are looking at it all wrong. If hes really ya boy then stand up for him. And some people wonder why they cant trust no body.

When all is said and done you and ya boy will be better off.

Unless they are married (are they?) he can't take her to court to get custody and or get child support. In the state of Ga the father, presumed or not, has to prove paternity before he has any parental rights to the child. After the paternity is proven he would then have to start paying support before he could get visitation......If he tried to challenge her having custody of the child, he would have to prove that she was unfit or incapable of caring for the child...That is a hard thing in itself...Even if they are married, infidelity is not sole grounds for which to file for or receive full custody.....Good luck to your cousin with whatever he choses to do....
