Thanks! It is just me so I dont need anything big. I was looking at condos, but those are impossible to sell if I plan to move.

Condo's aren't impossible to sell, just a little harder. Were it me, a small starter home would be the route I would go. 2 bedroom 1 car garage something like that. To me condo = apartment I own. I hate hearing neighbors, but I don't play well with others.

Well I dont either but I guess for right now it is my only choice.

The only reason I say that about condos is b/c three of my friends had sooooo much trouble trying to re-sell their condos, they ended up going way lower than what they were worth.
