He may not do jail time, OJ proved of you have money you can get out of anything, BUT regardless his NFL career is done.

If he takes the plea he has to admit guilt. That alone with have the NFL Comissioner kicking him out of the NFL for lying to him directly. If he fights it and gets found guilty which the 2 new guys turning on him say that have hard evidence to back them up on Vicks guilt, Vick will be found guilty and is out of the NFL. Either way he is done.

My question is I wonder if there is a clause in his contract that has it so the Falcons will be able to terminate his contract if he admits/found guilty so we dont have to pay out his contract which in turn opens our salary cap wide open for more talent

I will put money where my typing is lol and say he won't go to jail and he will be back playing football next year just in time for mini-camp in the nfl. watch and learn how awesome our justice system is.

Look at Pacman Jones, he is out of the NFL by the NFLs choice, They can kick him out if he violates conduct code just like any job can fire your ass, where do you think the government will say the NFL must let him play even though he violated conduct rules they they have set for players. pacman is out for suspension not out of the nfl, he is still under contract with the titans. i am no fan of vick never was but i am just telling you whats going to happen. and the nfl is not like any other job so don't even put them in that category. professional sports is a totally different job with different punishments and a job with a substantial amount of political ties. because it is the same thing that happened with letrell sprewell after he choked out his coach stern tried to kick him out the league he took it to court and he couldn't do it and spree was back the next season. the only way vick can get kicked out of the nfl and it stays like that is if vick is convicted on felony counts and is sentenced to jail time. but that will not happened he will get convicted but they are going to find some way to drop it down to a misdemeanor without doing a plea deal. and then people like yourself and many others across the country will be outraged and i will sit here laughing saying lol'ing at our justice system yet again.

don't do it, you'd be losing money...no fucking joking, it is in many experts eyes that vick would be LUCKY to get away with just 1 yr served in prison. in fact he and his attorneys know this, which is why they met today to discuss possible plea bargain deals.
