    It was a verbal upgrade, you know when you call in to pay your bill they ask if they "can do anything else for you" or try to sell you something or upgrade your plan because you go over your minutes too often. It is in regards to international calls, I took the name of the person and her supervisor etc.... And they still do not want to give me credit. It is a VERY long story.
