    Do you practice good posture? straight back, knees bent at 90 degrees and shoulders held back? That helps sometimes. If you have insurance you should go to a specialist. I know I should go too, but jsut dont have the money for it now. Not even to pay the co-pay

    i try to sit like that, but sometimes it gets annoying.. grrr i hate office jobs now.. i had that carpel tunnel or w.e too
