ha ok well im trying to see do you want to live closer to atlanta or like in gwinnett where a lot of IAers live or more south? i can look by zip code so im trying to see what type of area your looking for.. of course closer to atl its more expensive but there are decent ones in gwinnett and i used to live more south and there are nice ones down there too..

Depends where? I mean apts in Doraville are like 492 for a 1 bedroom but it is also Little Mexico there...I love the neighborhood my parents live in there, but I did not like the apts and they are inside the perimeter...

I wish I had dealt with Steve, I dealt with a Puerto Rican girl that was ghetto as can be and then while I was at my old apt she transferred there!!!! :rant:

yea steve is great, nice as can be did everything he could to get us on the first floor but well they didnt have one available so we only have to go up 1 flight of stairs not bad..the apartment is soooo nice and once of the cheaper ones i looked at..

How about I went and waited to do the walk thru and they told me that I would have to wait another hour...I left my billing info and the keys and the manaer said she would call me after she does the walk thru...How about someone called Vanessa sayin that the keys werent there!!!! :rant:

They were really nice, with exception to the ants and roaches..lol. Other than that I had no complaints..Well their front office staff blows, but other than that, good neighborhood!

Well all the bad things must have happened on the other side of the apts cuz I was fine... I left my windows down and keys in the car over night and she was always there in the morning...I did it with my parents van, with my 240 and with my civic..Nothing.. Ever.

Oh not even a noise complaint and my parties were super duper loud...With people even going outside to shoot flames with 151...SO yeah... I thought they were great... I would have stayed but they were a tadbit too high for me
