I knew I shouldn't have gone last night. I started getting bad feelings again. The last two times I had gotten bad feelings about going to Publix someone was about to get shot the first time and the second time people were acting particularly (sp?) weird. Don't know why it has gotten to where it is now. I have only been going for the past two years, but I can say when I first started going, it wasn't nearly that bad. I can honestly say that was the most mexicans that had been there at one time on sundays. Just means that this is the time to find another spot to go to. i used to go out there every sunday but it slowly got out of control..aint been out there in about 5 months... there was a incident awhile ago with a gun being pulled out on a friend of mine over a race... but that situation ended quick.. meets are almost a complete waste of time unless its organized at a business nowadays.
It's a damn shame when you can't go out and enjoy the company of others that are into cars for fear that some shit like this might jump off....
So I guess I will be chilling at the Full Throttle on Sundays too.

Yeah, it was an interesting night. That was my 1st time out there in awhile, & wow. Tho I'm not scared to go anymore meets, the whole thing was like 10 feet from us.
I was there to meet some people who I met anyhow. But it was odd that the minute I went that happened. Tho from most accounts it wasn't no " gang activity". One guy had a beef settled it. The wrong way obviously, but it was one shot, no " kill everyone" type incident.

I stay in Riverdale its not that bad.Just a little bit of robberys and stuff ,but i think the problem comes from clayco.Riverdale is not that bad I used to stay in College Park it was cool over there too. but it seems more peaceful over here and hotter due to lack of trees

The 20-year-old, Indalecio Gallegos, was sitting on the driver’s side of his 1998 Ford Crown Victoria in the Publix Super Market parking lot at 7535 Ga. Highway 85 Sunday night.
A man came up, fired a single shot, and drove off in a dark-colored car at around 11 p.m.
“Someone walked up, fired one round, and that is it,” Clayton County Deputy Police Chief Tim Robinson said.
Gallegos, who lived in the Tara Manufactured Home Community on Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, was transported to Southern Regional Medical Center. He was pronounced dead at 11:46 p.m.
Eleven other young people, who described themselves to police as Gallegos’ friends and cousins, were sitting in their cars, or standing next to them in the shopping market parking lot, at the time of the shooting. Detectives interviewed all 11 witnesses, but came away with vague descriptions and no strong suspects or suspected motives.
“We have very vague descriptions,” Robinson said.
The man was described in the police department’s press release as a “young, short, Hispanic male, who remains unidentified.”
Gallegos’ friends and cousins, who apparently hang out in the Riverdale-area parking lot on a regular basis, could not say who the man was or why he fired a gun at the 20-year-old.
Crime Scene Investigators determined the bullet came from outside the Ford, which confirmed witnesses’ statements.
Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to call Detective Renan Lopez, (770) 477-3781, or Detective Steve Rotella, (770) 477-3624.
The Riverdale-area Publix has not been a high crime area, Robinson said, though there were a number of bank robberies there in the last year. Police did not consider the well-lit parking lot especially dangerous, before the shooting

None of those people are on IA. They're just like anyone else who's heard about the meet on sunday. They hear by she say she say. I don't plan on going down there no time soon. Not if every damn time I go out, I don't know if I'm gonna be the next witness or victim of a crime.
