sure it is, there are ALOT of islands around mexico that are for sale, they are about 300k for a decently sized one. then you have to factor in that a house here that is 150k is about 20k there.. again very reasonable. you need a dock 5k local price.. i guess ill trade out my "buy a car" for "buy a boat"Originally Posted by chmura

btw im not making up the above prices i checked on them while i was in mexico when i saw the signs..
