These kind of people were my only entertainment while working in retail. I enjoyed watching them get pissed at me and would try to antagonize them as much as possible. It was great when they would make a complete ass of themselves in public.
Granted if customers were nice and respectful I would go out of my way to help them. But if they weren't, I would do everything I could to keep them from getting what they wanted...with a smile and positive attitude of course
