    Default Retail Sucks.

    Why are people so rude to retail workers? What did we ever do to you?

    I had a woman pratically screaming at me today because we didn't have her specific item in stock. And then I offered to order it for her, and when she asked "how gawddamn much it'd be", I told her, and that set her off on another tangent on how our items were so high and some other random Angry Southern Woman jibberish, and then she started attacking my person.

    I looked her square in the eyes and told her to go to Fred's, they would have items of her caliber there.

    What causes people to do this? It's not just women, I've had men do this to me too. But this is getting old.

    I don't get paid enough for this bullshit.

    it sucks to deal with ignorant ass people, but you got to learn to accept it in the industry. I've had a customer get all pissed cus we didn't have the right flavor of kool aid in stock. Laugh it off

    I bartended and served tables all the way through college and I have come across a lot of different people......People that would complain about the food and whatever else they could find to get free shit.....

    It's the fucked up mentality that the customer is always right that causes people to do some of the shit they do......

    yea i am sales and service specialist at a bank and before that i was a supervisor at kroger and i have to say that only like 35% of the minorities were this rude combined at both but they are also out to to do a little more than double that percent i gave you and thats how many minorities have tried to steal from kroger or try to do fraudulent activity at the bank. and this observation is coming from a minority.
