you kept saying call his commander....a commander has much more important shit to deal with than someone just calling and saying they have soldier that is ripping someone off....if you simply call...
A.) he or she will brush you off as he/she doesn't have time for this
B.) still not care because you did not say you were police or GBI/FBI
C.) say they will take care of it, but forget it the moment the phone call is over
D.) even if you still say you are police or FBI/GBI, still wouldn't believe you because it'd come over in an email anyways

I know man, it happens all the time here! I get these ladies calling in all the time about how the husband isn't paying child support anymore and they want him to suffer...blah, blah, blah....so it's just easier to direct them to the jag offices and they can handle it from there....our commander really doesn't give a shit unless you killed someone or about to kill someone...other than that....it was just in one ear out the other
