Wait so im reading this shit, and Why was there a warrent on the table? and people are saying what goes around comes around, and this and that, wtf did this guy do besides steal an ipod?
Im not in any way deffending him, cus i would be super pissed and file charges, BUT there is an underlineing story here... what happen and what did this guy to to get in trouble?

there was a warrant due to dave being a scam-artist. i can't go into details cuz i don't really know all the details. all i know is that there is an investigation going on and dave is the culprit. he has fucked over numerous people... my ipod is just pennies in comparison. that is why i decided not to call the police cuz he was already in jail and facing alot of felonies.
