You should have the uninsured motorist thing goin on or you still can sue the insurance company because they did insure the car even though someone else was driving it. The person was not insured so what but the car was take action or go home and cry. Do something and start making phone calls ASAP you can do it. We here at IA believe in you.

doesnt make any sense, you said they dont have insurance but the car is insured?
if the car is insured doesnt matter who's driving it, unless that person was Excluded from the policy... hell the car couldve been borrowed from the owner to the person who hit you, and the insurance company would pay for it.
but yeah everyone's said it, hopefully you have uninsured motorist coverage...
