Tell the judge you are very sorry for wasting his time today on such a bullshit ticket.Also tell him that you're simply too retarded to understand the concept that you could have actually just payed the ticket before today but would rather waste his time just to end up with the same outcome and that you are going to be a man ad suck up to your own damn accident and pay it rather then making up excuses.
