how about the fact the biker locked up his brakes trying to keep from hitting the dog. he couldn't go around the dog because of the other 180 bikers on the road with him.
how about some responsiblity on the stupid pet owner that let their dog loose.
that could end a cyclist tour let alone his career. do you think he wanted to hit the`dog?
