ridiculous fine for window tint

go to court if you can. i did with my last one and the judge droped the ticket. told her i purchased the car from a private buyer with the tint and removed it the day of the ticket

Depends on the county/city...some only do 1/2 half off if you remove it.

i think tint law is the dumbest law made. Its cool if they made it a law but i really think its unnecessary for the pigsters to be so anal about it.

i know its their job but honestly a $1,000 ticket for tint? idk i guess from their point of view is understandable why they dont like dark tint...but i also dont think tint is all that dangerous. idk i agree with the law but not how they deal with it...

Try going to another country, you think the US has strict fines? Half the shit I see on streets here could get your license taken away for LIFE in some European countries. FOR LIFE...no license...forever. Think about it.

this is really stupid... someone that is going to shoot a cop.. isnt going to stop when they pull you over. Also if someone was doing something illegal they would just constantly pay the fine and leave the tint. Note that lots of cop cars have rediculously dark tint cops = hypocrits
