I see it two ways, i fully understand and respect the safety concern but if I drive my car that's not required to have emmisions in it's registered county to a county that does require emmisions am I breaking any laws? If I buy a used car in Florida I don't have to pay sales tax because i'm a Georgia resident and we don't pay taxes on used car purchases but Florida does. Should I be required to pay the taxes down there? So why if a car is legal in it's registered state be required to abide to another states ruling...of course it can be argued MULTIPLE ways.Originally Posted by jdmjames
I have friends with duallies and race trailers that don't race down here any more because they get pulled over with their black tint and harassed every time...before they were always let go because of the out of state tags, they're from Indiana, it's not like they're running drugs down here to Dixie Speedway!!! lolol. Now they would be required to remove it on the side of the highway.
