    haha this is a reasonably decent attempt at thread failure recovery. +1 for trying.

    umm ive never EVER found carlos mencia funny.

    on the opposite end of the spectrum, my FAVORITE comics are Daniel Tosh, Zach Galifianakis, Stephen Lynch, Dave Chappelle, Dmitri Martin, Mitch Hedberg, and Dane Cook even though he's overrated

    Like everyone said, Carlos Mencia is terrible and steals jokes. Word is Dane Cook is being accused of the same thing, so a lot of people don't like him anymore.

    They both have just gotten increasingly old. The acts aren't funny. Not very many people want to see lame ass jokes by lame ass comedians that have mostly been stolen.

    Mencia has the same overplayed jokes as every other Hispanic comedian, yet he finds a way to destroy them. His show is an abomination to COMEDY Central. Dave Chappelle could pull off the race jokes, but Mencia is just awful.

    Mitch Hedberg, Zach Galifinaks, Lewis Black, Dave Chappelle, and Mike Birbligia are all great.

    Mitch Hedberg is my favorite of all.
