I've noticed, especially in the last yr, that the vast majority of newbs come in with a chip on their shoulder and keyboard commando attitudes. If people behave themselves and don't do stupid newb things, the majority of the time they fly low enough on any OG's radar to not be noticed.

When they come in with a big marching band and signs going "look at me, look at me", that's usually when someone gives them a reality check.

With that said, IA is harsher than most when it comes to newby treatment. Good thing I'm not one....
