IA is newb unfriendly because 99% of every noob on here does the same thing. They come in threads and either cause drama or spout off a ton of ignorant rubbish in a vain attempt to make a name for themselves. Instead of just sitting back, acting cool and speaking out on what you know to be right, they pop off at the mouth and act like retards.

So it's not just IA, it's any website forum where idiots are not tolerated.

I got dissed once but that was my fault for posting on an old ass thread. most guys here are pretty cool outside of the site I mean I've met a few.
