So a mother is pregnant with triplets and walking thru a dark alley when she gets shot 3 times right in the belly. She survives and the kids survive, but the doctor tells her he can't retrieve the bullets, but one day they will fall out. So 12 years later, the first daughter comes up to the mom and says: "mom you won't believe what happened, i was on the toilet and a bullet fell out".
